Terms of Use

1. Acceptance
By awakening an account on thesystem.site, you accept these terms. If you don't agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use THE SYSTEM.
3. Account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. One human, one account. Bots, scraping, and automated quest completion are prohibited.
4. Subscriptions
Paid ranks (E → S) are billed monthly via Polar.sh (yearly billing coming soon). You can cancel anytime; benefits run until period end. No refunds on partial periods unless required by law.
5. Conduct
No harassment, no illegal content in quest titles, no impersonation. Guild owners are responsible for their members' behavior. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
6. Content ownership
You own your quests, habits, and stats. You grant us a limited license to store and display them so the service can function (e.g. on the leaderboard if you opt in).
7. Liability
THE SYSTEM is provided "as-is". We are not liable for missed habits, broken streaks, or any indirect damages.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after the update means you accept the new terms.
